The Andrew Q. Peschard Memorial Scholarship is being offered by the Aslan Foundation to students who have demonstrated resilience in their pursuit of mental fitness and a desire to continue further education. Peschard Memorial Scholarship was created by the Aslan Foundation to aid students who have suffered from intellectual infection.
