EDMalam Garba Shehu, Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity, met with ex-President Goodluck Jonathan in Abuja on Thursday June 2.
Shehu shared a photo from their meeting on Twitter, adding that the former President was “warm and affable”.
He tweeted:
“I just ran into President Goodlluk Jonathan at the Italian National Day event this evening at the Fraser Suites Hotel, Abuja. He was warm and affable.”
There are speculations that the former President wants to return to Aso Rock on the APC ticket which he has denied many times.
