EDPopular Nigerian artiste, Divine Ikubor a.k.a Rema just turned 21 today and in the birthday mood he has been dishing out subtle shades to his music colleagues on Twitter.
He said that he is yet to feature any artiste in any of his songs and so there is no room for sycophancy and the pull to join any cult. He credits his success to the special Grace of God.
He insinuated that some of his colleagues are members of secret cults and do so for spiritual protection in the cut throat industry.
He tweeted: “I have not FEATURED any artist in my Career. I am where I am today because of GOD, his Grace, and his favor covers me, therefore I shall lick no ass. I don’t need cult or security for protection who wan fight me to make he come Angel Micheal dey my gate! Rema chapter 2:1”.
His second tweet read:
“Let’s share the Grace, the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ the love of God and the sweet fellowship of the Holy Spirit rest and abide with us now & forever more Amen.”
Rema, a Mavin Records signee hit the global headlines when former US President Barack Obama said that one of his songs is on his playlists.
