Controversial Enugu based Cleric, Fr. Ejike Mbaka has apologized to the Catholic Diocese of Enugu and its Bishop, Callistus Onaga for the unruly behaviour of his supporters following his sudden ‘disappearance.’

Mbaka, the Spiritual Leader of the Adoration Ground Ministry said that his supporters were afraid that he had been abducted and fingered the Bishop in the feared act which made them destroy his residence.

He said that he didn’t know that his members had destroyed the house adding that in his plea to calm them down, he nearly had an accident.

On Sunday, May 9, Mbaka went on his knees and apologised to Bishop Onaga, the Catholic church in Enugu and the universal Church for the damage done by his followers at the Bishop’s house at Igbo Eze Street, Independence Layout Enugu, and Holy Ghost Cathedral, Ogui Enugu in a report gleaned from Linda Ikeji Blog.

The remorseful priest also tendered an apology at the venue of the Adoration Ground Ministry where he regretted the actions of his fanatical supporters.
