Aisha Buhari deletes Twitter Account

Aisha Buhari, Wife of President Muhammadu Buhari and First Lady of Nigeria has deactivated her Twitter account.

Aisha made the announcement before deactivating it on Friday night.

The suspension is not unconnected to President Buhari’s controversial tweet that was deleted by the management of Twitter on Wednesday.

She tweeted, “I will be deactivating my Twitter account for now.

“Long live Federal Republic of Nigeria.”
