EDFormer Governor of Lagos State and an All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential aspirant, Bola Tinubu, will today, March 16 meet with the APC Senate caucus over his Presidential bid.
THE VENT REPUBLIC reports that the meeting which will hold by 2:30 pm is coming on the heels of the announcement of the ruling party’s national convention scheduled for March 26 2022.
Nigeria’s Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, while confirm I ng the incident, said the APC National leader would meet with the Senate caucus of the party today by 2.30 pm, adding that the meeting is scheduled to hold in the Senate President’s conference room.
Lawan while disclosing when he read a letter signed by the Senate Leader, Senator Yahaya Abdullahi (Kebbi North) during the plenary on Wednesday said:
“There will be APC Senate caucus meeting with His Excellency, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu today, February 16, 2022″.
