Why Yoruba’s Should Stop Attacking Tinubu — Sunday Igboho

Non-state Actor, Chief Sunday Adeyemo more known as Sunday Igboho has called on Yoruba sons and daughters to respect APC’s National Leader, Chief Bola Tinubu who according to him is a father.

Igboho who had earlier attacked Tinubu together with Governor Seyi Makinde and the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi seems to have made a u-turn on his earlier disposition. With the critiscm that trailed his attack on the reverred traditional ruler, he later on apologized for his outburst.

It would be recalled that he was under fire recently when he in a video appears to be subtly mocking the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, over the death of his son, Pastor Dare Adeboye. He later on recanted his words and claimed he was misquoted.

In a video made available to THE VENT REPUBLIC, Igboho seems to have taken a different inclination on Tinubu who he had earlier disparaged. In the new Video, he was seen calling him a Father, while calling on Yoruba sons and daughters to stop the attack on the Former Lagos State Governor on Social Media.

In his words:

“Please stop attacking our Father, Tinubu. All of you attacking him on social media must stop the nonsense. Tinubu will be our choice for President but in Yoruba Nation. Our Father, Tinubu should not collect Fulani Ticket, we have reserved the Yoruba Nation ticket for him, even Tinubu knows Yoruba nation will happen”
