EDThe Department of State Services (DSS) on Wednesday September 8, said armed robbers hijacked its case file on the fundamental rights enforcement suit that was filed by detained associates of Yoruba nation activist, Sunday Adeyemo popularly known as Sunday Igboho.
The Counsel for the Department of State Service, I. Awo made the revelation which may affect Igboho’s trial while appearing before a Federal High Court in Abuja.
Awo told Justice Obiora Egwuatu that the case file was stolen after his colleague boarded a vehicle belonging to the One Chance operators or alleged kidnappers. The DSS counsel subsequently applied for adjournment of the case.
