Nigerian football coach killed in London

The police in London are investigating the death of a Nigerian football coach who was stabbed to death in the capital of the United Kingdom.

Michael Olatunde Fadayomi, popularly known simply as Tunde, was stabbed after a fight that broke out on the top floor of a busy bus in North West London on Thursday.

Eye witnesses said that his teenage son had an altercation with someone in the bus which made the father to step in which aggravated the confrontation.

The son whose name is still hidden watched helplessly as his father was being repeatedly stabbed before an ambulance came to the scene.

Emergency services came at about 5 pm but the football coach gave up the ghost despite their efforts.

The police have arrested a 42 year old man on a murder suspicion. The late Tunde was widely hailed as a community pillar who was unfortunate to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.

The video footage of the ugly incident has been shard widely on social media with the police calling on people to desist from further sharing it.
