Meta Platforms is rolling out a new incentive programme aimed at attracting content creators from rival platforms such as TikTok and YouTube, offering payments of up to 3,000 dollars per month.
The initiative, known as Creator Fast Track, targets established creators who are either new to Facebook or looking to rebuild their presence on the platform. Under the scheme, creators with at least 100,000 followers on other platforms can earn monthly payouts, with higher incentives for those with audiences exceeding one million.
Participants will be required to produce short form video content, particularly Reels, over a period of up to three months to qualify for the payments.

Meta says the programme also gives creators immediate access to monetisation tools, enabling them to generate additional income based on engagement and content performance.Beyond financial incentives, the company is promising increased visibility, with boosted distribution designed to help creators grow their audience more quickly on Facebook.
The move comes as Meta intensifies competition in the global creator economy, where major platforms are investing heavily to retain and attract influencers.
The company disclosed it paid nearly 3 billion dollars to creators in 2025, marking its highest annual payout and a significant increase from the previous year.Meta said the initiative also responds to concerns from creators who struggle to build audiences on Facebook despite having strong followings elsewhere, as it seeks to strengthen its position against competing platforms, especially among younger users.
